What’s on the market: Cupertino

Of the 20 properties for sale in Cupertino, eight are priced at more than $2 million.  However, the only one listed for over $3.9 million is the one we mentioned above for $18 million.  Nineteen offerings priced at between $678,000 and $3.9 million represents an attractive price range for many who are looking to move to or within Silicon Valley.
