Silicon Valley’s Most and Least Expensive Homes Sold Last Week

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! I know the new owners of the below properties definitely did! Today’s featured homes are from Palo Alto and Redwood City. Here are last week’s most and least expensive homes sold in Silicon Valley.

Most Expensive

Two words: land value. That’s what defined last week’s most expensive home sold in the prime location of Old Palo Alto. The 3,224 SqFt Rancher on an expansive, 13,954 SqFt lot sold for $9,100,000. Lots of more than 10,000 SqFt in Palo Alto are not as common to see, especially located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Silicon Valley! This home has a lot of building and development potential it will be interesting to see what the new owners do with it.

The least expensive home sold last week comes from Redwood City. This darling, remodeled home is located on a nicely sized 5,250 SqFt lot with a lot of potential. I think it’s fair to say, Redwood City continues to be one of the most affordable cities on the Peninsula!
